When will my order be shipped?
Orders are sent according to the date we receive them in, but we do combine orders so if you placed any subsequent ones they will be sent according to your first order date. We prioritise QLD orders due to the warmer climate. You can contact us if you need your order sent sooner rather than later, or you need us to delay sending it for whatever reason and we will do our best to accomodate your request.
Products that I had in my cart have disappeared, what happened to them?
In order to provide the best chance for people to secure the tubers they want during our sales, we have a 20 minute timer on items once they are added to your cart. This allocates the quantity of that item you have chosen to you for the 20 minutes.
If an item has been in your cart for 20 minutes and you have not completed checkout, it will be returned to stock. You can add the item again if there is still some available and this will reset the cart timer for that item.
We recommend keeping your wishlist up to date for ease of adding to your cart and proceeding to checkout.
Why can I only add 1 of a colour to my cart?
The majority of our tubers are limited to 1 per ORDER. It will be noted in the description if you can purchase more than one, and if so what the limit is, if any. We also may put a list up HERE
What are your postage and handling costs?
Standard Shipping
1- 6 tubers $13.00
7-12 tubers $18.00
13-20 tubers $23.00
Add $1 per tuber after 20.
Mystery Boxes
$13.00 for 1 pack, then $5.00 per pack after that. This is added on top of any other tubers in your cart as they are a pack of 6 tubers.

Do you offer local pickup?
Yes we do, please choose ‘local pickup’ in the shipping method and we will contact you once your order is ready to arrange pickup. This will only be available in the Toowoomba area.
Do you post to WA,TAS or NT?
Unfortunatly at this time we are unable to offer our tubers to Tasmanian, Western Australian or Northern Territory customers, however we are looking into obtaining the permits to do this in the future.
Will my flower be exactly the same as the one shown?
It should be, however with different climates and growing conditions, the flower can have variations in colouring and patterns. If we have had plants show differences, we have tried to put up as many images as possible showing what variances there can be.
What happens if my tuber doesn’t grow?
Please refer to our return & refund policy for details, however we generally do not provide any refunds once the tuber is planted.
Do you provide growing guides?
Yes. You will receive a growing guide with your tuber delivery and we have a pdf copy available here
Can I pay via direct deposit?
Yes. Simply select Direct Deposit as your payment method at checkout. When you complete the checkout, you will be taken to the order confirmation page which has our bank details on it. You will also received an email containing your order confirmaation and our bank details. The items in your order will be reserved so no one else can purchase them for 3 days to allow for you to make payment. We are usually willing to work with you regarding payment, so if you cannot pay within that 3 days, please contact us. If we have not received payment or correspondence within that 3 days, your order will be cancelled.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
We can, but you need to contact us to discuss the quantities and colours you are after. We cannot guarantee availability, however we will endeavour to accomodate your request.
Will you have a second tuber release?
Yes we will be having a second release of tubers once our stock has formed eyes and we can guarantee we will have more than needed to fill current orders. We anticipate this to be around mid October. If you subscribe to our newsletter, you will be notified of this release early.
Will I be notified if a dahlia in my wishlist becomes available?
Yes you will be notified via email if more stock becomes available of a dahlia that is in your wishlist.
What do I do if I think I have found an error in your listing/s?
Please contact us to let us know. Whilst we take care in identifying our dahlias, sometimes we can make a mistake. We are happy to look into it if you think we have done so.
Please note though that some of our blooms look different due to our soil types, climate and growing conditions. This can create different tones in the flowers to what some others may demonstrate.
It says all the items are reserved, what does that mean?
Because we have the cart timer implemented, when someone adds something to their cart, it will reserve that item for 20 minutes. If the item has not been purchased in that time, it will be returned to stock to be purchased by you or someone else.
