Shipping, Returns & Refunds


SHIPPING

Your order/s will be shipped as soon as the tuber/s start to ‘wake up’. Weather can play a big part in this, our farm location can experience cold nights for longer than other areas.

Shipping for 2023 orders will begin in the first week of October. Order will be sent according to climate region, ie QLD orders are first as it is warmer climate then the other states.
If you are in NSW, VIC, ACT or SA and want your order sent sooner rather than later in October, please let us know via email.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We will make sure that the tuber/s you have purchased have visible eyes before sending to help ensure you receive a viable tuber.

We are not responsible for any damage caused by Australia Post during shipping. We try to make sure the tubers are packed appropriately for transit, however we cannot control the transport environment and the affect it may have on tubers.
If you believe our packing has been insufficient and contributed toward any damage to your tuber/s, please take photo’s and contact us as soon as possible.

If you see any possible problems with your tuber/s upon unpacking them, please take photo’s and contact us as soon as possible with your concerns. We will try and rectify any issues if it is reasonable to do so.

No refunds will be provided for tubers once they have been planted, unless otherwise arranged during correspondence with us.

Incorrect tuber labeling can happen, we endeavor to make sure you receive the correct tuber and that we have identified it correctly, however if you believe you have been provided with the wrong one, please contact us asap.
